When there's an artistic connection between two people, even the flurry of time can't erase it.

Cee met Po3 (fka Livin' Poetry) in Oakland, CA back in 2008 when The Movement Fam were on a radio tour of Canada and the U.S., and they clicked immediately, both as humans and musicians. They had spoken of plans to collaborate on a full-length LP together, but no movement was made on the idea until recently when the two MCs found a producer with whom to helm the project.

Produced by Po3 and Sophia Lucero, "What Do You Believe In?" preceeded the work on the album and is a fitting introduction to the forthcoming group effort. A rootsy guitar lick (courtesy of Noa Bourke) kicks off the track, leading to a sparse, earthy bass-fuelled hook with Po3's conscious chant, while the MCs - including Cee's brother Notion - trade introspective verses about the state of the world as they see it.

Cee & Po3's full-length project is slated for release over the summer of 2017 via The Movement Fam.
